Five years ago, the problem was finding people
When we started Awesomic in 2021, hiring creative help was a gamble. You could spend weeks looking for the right person and still have no idea what quality you'd get. Sometimes the designer just disappeared halfway through.
So we built a better way to work with people: rigorous vetting, fast matching, and real ownership of delivery. Since then, more than 4,000 companies, including 500+ from YC, have finished over 30,000 tasks with our vetted experts.

What that looks like in practice
We tried it on ourselves first. Over the past year we moved the whole company onto agents, before we had anything to sell. Designers on our team retrained as design engineers. People who had never written code shipped hundreds of pull requests to our own product.
This launch was made in Supernova too: the film, the site and this post. We made the first versions of the landing page and the video with agents. When the video needed a pro's eye, we handed it to one of our designers from the same project. They opened the same files and chat history and finished it the same day, with no brief and no files sent. Pages that used to take weeks now go live in hours.
