FAQ

I haven't heard anything about my application. Did I pass?

If you have not heard anything, you are still being considered. We review applications as fast as possible, but we receive many of them, so it might take some time. If you were no longer being considered, you would have heard from us. Please be patient and we will provide feedback as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact jobs@awesomic.io.

How long do I have to wait for the results of my application?

Depending on the job you applied for and the number of applicants, it can sometimes take a few days, but we try to be faster. We contact all applicants no matter what the decision is. That means you would have heard from us if you were no longer being considered.

Why has my application been rejected?

Awesomic is a very selective community of creative talent, so a rejection should not discourage you in your personal career. On the contrary, we are sure your talent will take you far. Sadly, due to the very high volume of applications, we cannot provide detailed individual feedback to all applicants. If you are interested in detailed feedback, and it's essential for you, please reach out to jobs@awesomic.io.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

We strongly recommend that you apply only for positions within your expertise. However, if you feel qualified for multiple positions, please complete one application for your top priority and list all jobs in your summary letter.

Can I work part-time?

Yes, you can choose part-time or full-time work.

Can I work remotely?

Yes, all our openings are remote. Awesomic is a fully remote company.

What is the evaluation process?

  • The talent acquisition team will identify the most qualified candidates for the role by reviewing applications and portfolios.
  • You will have an intro meeting with our talent acquisition team. Please prepare all your questions and review details about the role and Awesomic.
  • As a next step, we will offer a paid test task. Pay attention to it, as it's the most important step in our evaluation process.
  • Our evaluation team will review your test task results and send an evaluation form with the results to our talent acquisition team.
  • You will receive an email with an invitation for a final interview.
  • The last step is an offer and the start of your awesome experience with our cosmic team.

We want our evaluation process to be accessible to everyone. Please inform us of any reasonable adjustments we can make to better accommodate your needs. Email jobs@awesomic.io about the need for adjustments at any point in the interview process.
