A white-label SEO report for every client, every month

On the first workday of the month, an agent goes through your client list, pulls GA4 and Search Console for each account, and writes a branded PDF in the client’s colors. It saves the file to their Drive and drafts the email. You review and send.

The problem

Reporting eats the first week of the month. And the client still skims it

Every agency knows the routine. On the 1st, someone opens GA4 and Search Console for each client, exports the numbers, pastes them into a deck and tries to explain them. With ten retainers, that is often three or four days of senior time.

Dashboards were meant to fix this. They pull the data, but the client still has to read charts, and many don’t. The part clients pay for, what changed and what you will do next, is still written by hand, one client at a time.

The cost shows up in quiet ways. Reports go out on the 9th instead of the 2nd. Advice gets copied from last month. A drop in organic leads hides on page four, and the client spots it first.

Who has it

Built for agencies that report to clients
Not for your own website

This page is about client work. If you report on your own site, see the weekly SEO report page instead. Here the agent handles many clients, each with its own data, colors and goals.
  • SEO agencies

You run 10 to 40 retainers, and every client wants proof. The agent reports clicks, positions and organic leads per client and drafts next month’s fixes, so your leads review instead of compile.

  • Marketing and web agencies

Your clients care about leads and sales, not impressions. The agent reads GA4 conversions and landing pages, compares them with each goal, and explains the month in plain words.

  • Retainer freelancers

You are account manager, strategist and analyst at once, and reporting day eats billable hours. One agent covers every client in your sheet, and each report carries your logo and their colors.

  • Fractional CMOs

You advise several companies, a few days a month each. The agent prepares a monthly summary for each from their own GA4 and Search Console, so your time goes to priorities rather than slides.

When it hits

When reporting starts to hurt. Four moments agencies know well

The pain spikes at the same points every month and quarter,
usually when the team is busy with delivery.
  1. 01

    The first workday

Ten clients, ten GA4 properties, ten Search Console sites, and a morning of exporting. With the agent, a draft is already in each client’s folder when you open your laptop.

  2. 02

    A bad month

Traffic drops after a Google update and the client will notice. The agent flags the pages and queries that fell and drafts what you will fix first.

  3. 03

    Renewal season

The client asks what they got for the year. Ask the agent for a twelve-month summary with the wins, the fixes shipped and the open items, and it lands in Drive ready for the call.

  4. 04

    A new client

Onboarding usually means building another report. Here you add one row to the Clients sheet with properties, colors, goals and folder. Next month they get a report like everyone else.

What teams use today

What agencies use now
Every agency reporting tool has a sweet spot

Most agencies already pay for client reporting software. These three come up most often. Here is what each does well and where it stops for this job.
  • AgencyAnalytics

    Client reporting platform for agencies
From $20 per client/mo (billed annually), checked Oct 2026
    Good at

A strong all-in-one choice. It connects 85+ marketing sources, schedules reports, and gives each client a white-labeled portal. AgencyAI adds summaries and insights, and you pay client by client.

    Falls short

Cost scales with every client: 40 retainers is about $800 a month before add-ons. Fixing what the report finds is a separate job for your team.

  • Whatagraph

    Marketing reporting and data platform
From €999/mo (Max plan, billed annually), checked Oct 2026
    Good at

Built for larger teams reporting across many channels. It blends paid, social and web data, sends automated emails with PDF reports, supports custom branding, and its IQ agents and alerts help spot changes.

    Falls short

The entry plan starts near a thousand euros a month on an annual term, with a sales demo first. That is a lot for a small agency, and next month’s work still falls to your team.

  • DashThis

    Marketing dashboard tool
From $44/mo for 3 dashboards (billed annually), checked Oct 2026
    Good at

Simple and quick to set up. Every plan includes white-labeled dashboards with your logo, domain and email, automated email dispatch and PDF export. Preset AI insights list wins, issues and opportunities.

    Falls short

Pricing is per dashboard, so a 25-client agency lands on the $279 Business plan. The output is a dashboard with notes. Next month’s plan and the fixes stay with your team.

What you get

One finished report per client, not a dashboard link

  • A branded PDF in each client’s Drive folder
  • What changed vs last month and vs the goal, in plain words
  • Three wins and three fixes for next month
  • A draft email to the client, ready for you to send
Made forMarketing, SEO and web agencies, retainer freelancers, fractional CMOs

Where we stop

  • No live white-label client portal. Reports are PDFs in each client’s Drive folder.
  • You need access to each client’s GA4 and Search Console.
  • Google Ads data is not tested yet.
  • Scheduled agents check every 15–30 minutes at most. No live monitoring.
How it works

How the agent works
Five steps, one sheet, every client

The agent runs on the first workday of the month from one Google Sheet. Adding a client means adding a row.

Client reports for agencies

When: First workday of the month
  1. Step 1 · Google Sheets

Reads your client list: GA4 property, Search Console site, brand colors, goals and Drive folder. One row per client.

  2. Step 2 · Google Analytics

Pulls last month for each client and compares it with the month before and the goal.

  3. Step 3 · Search Console

Adds queries, clicks and positions, and flags pages that rose or fell, so search changes sit next to traffic.

  4. Step 4 · Awesomic

Writes the story behind the numbers, three wins and three fixes, and lays out the report in the client’s colors.

  5. Step 5 · Google Drive

Saves the PDF to the client’s folder and drafts the email. Nothing reaches the client until your team sends it.

  1. Connect your apps

Connect GA4, Search Console, Sheets and Drive once. Clients grant your agency account access the usual way, and the agent works with what that account can see.

  2. Fill the client sheet

Add one row per client with properties, colors, goals and folder. A designer from our talent team can build your report layout once.

  3. Review the first run

Run it for two or three clients first. Adjust the tone and advice, then let the schedule handle the rest.

FAQ

Good questions.
Short answers.

Is this an agency reporting tool or a service?

Both. The agent is software that writes every report on your schedule. When you want a person, a vetted marketer or SEO specialist can check the advice or take on the fixes.

Can I use my own report design?

Yes. Share an existing report or brand guide, or have a designer build the layout once. The agent fills it for every client in their colors.

Do clients see Awesomic anywhere?

No. The report is a PDF in the client’s folder with your logo, and the email is a draft in your Gmail. There is no live branded portal.

What if a client has no Search Console?

The agent builds the report from GA4 alone and notes the missing source, so you can ask the client for access. Once Search Console is connected, the next report adds queries, clicks and positions.

What does it cost?

Agent plans start at $19 per person a month, with no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime. Every plan has the same agents and models; the plan sets your monthly generation budget. Vetted experts come on a separate talent plan.

Which AI models write the reports?

Agents run on leading models, including Claude and GPT, and you can switch models per chat. The numbers come straight from GA4 and Search Console, and your team reviews each report.

Take a deep breath… and send every report on time

Connect GA4, Search Console and Drive, add your clients to one sheet, and review a white-label SEO report for each of them next month. Your team gets the first week back.
