An AI proposal generator that writes in your style
When a call ends or a qualified lead comes in, the agent reads the notes, picks the right cases from Drive, and lays out a proposal with scope, timeline and 2–3 price options. The email and the deal update wait for your review.
The call went well. Then the proposal sits for three days
A good discovery call has a short shelf life. The client is warm, the budget is fresh, and they expect something in writing soon. Instead the proposal waits for a free afternoon, because writing one well takes real time.
Each proposal is the same puzzle. Find the call notes, recall the client’s goals, pick two case studies that fit, check the current price list, write scope and a timeline, then make it look like your brand. Teams typically spend 3–6 hours on one, and senior people do most of it.
The cost shows up quietly. Deals cool off while the draft sits in a doc. Old prices slip into new proposals. And the person who should be selling is formatting tables.

Who writes proposals after every call
People who sell custom work
Agency owners
You run the sales calls yourself and write proposals at night. Each one pulls from the same services list and the same few case studies, yet it still takes hours. You want the first draft waiting when you sit down.
Design and dev studios
Your proposals need to look as good as your work. A plain template undersells you, and a custom layout for each deal eats a designer’s day. You want your brand on every page without a blank file.
Consultants and fractional leads
You sell your time, so every hour on a proposal is an hour you do not bill. You know the scope after the call. You need it written up, priced from your rate card and sent while the client still remembers you.
B2B service sales teams
Several reps run calls, and each writes proposals a little differently. Prices drift, case studies get picked at random, and HubSpot falls behind. You want one standard, filled in the same way after every call.
When it matters most. The hours right after a good call
- 01
A discovery call just ended
The call notes land in Notion or Gemini notes. The agent picks them up, matches the deal in HubSpot and has a draft ready for review while the conversation is still fresh.
- 02
A lead turns qualified
Someone moves an inbound lead to a qualified stage in HubSpot. The agent reads the form answers and deal notes, then prepares a short proposal with options, so your first reply has substance.
- 03
Three proposals due this week
Busy weeks stack up. Instead of writing three proposals on Friday, you review three drafts on Tuesday. Each already has the right scope, the closest case studies and current prices.
- 04
A big deal needs a finish
For a large deal, the agent prepares the structure, numbers and cases, and a vetted designer or copywriter from your talent plan takes it the last mile before you send it.
What teams use today
Three solid proposal tools
PandaDoc
Document and e-signature platformFrom $19/seat/mo (Starter, billed annually), checked Oct 2026Good atStrong for getting documents signed. Starter includes e-signatures, real-time tracking and notifications. The Business plan adds CRM integrations, pricing tables, payments and a content library.
Falls shortStarter allows up to five templates, and branding, pricing tables and CRM sync sit on Business. Your team still turns the call into scope, picks the cases and fills in the document.
Qwilr
Interactive web proposal toolFrom $35/user/mo (Starter, billed annually), checked Oct 2026Good atProposals as interactive web pages that look sharp on any screen. Starter includes e-signature, page analytics, QwilrPay, and HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive integrations.
Falls shortEvery proposal is a page built in Qwilr’s editor from your template library. Someone still turns the call notes into scope, cases and prices for each deal.
Proposify
Proposal software for sales teamsFrom $35/user/mo (Build, billed annually), checked Oct 2026Good atUnlimited documents, templates and e-signatures on the entry plan, plus a content library, a product catalog, AI writing and CRM integrations. It gives sales teams good control over many similar proposals.
Falls shortAI writing helps inside the editor, but a person still assembles each proposal from sections. Custom template design is a paid extra, so your own look takes more time and budget.
A PandaDoc alternative that starts from the call
Written, priced and in your brand
A proposal ready to send, not a blank template
- What we heard on the call, in the client’s words
- Scope, timeline and 2–3 options at your published prices
- Matching case studies from your Drive
- A PDF, a draft email and an updated deal in HubSpot

Where we stop
- No e-signature and no view tracking. Clients accept by replying and pay by card.
- The agent drafts the email. A person sends it.
- It needs call notes: Gemini notes (paid Google Workspace plans), Notion AI, or three lines from you.
How the AI proposal generator works
Five steps after the call, then you press send
Call to proposal
- Step 1 · Google Calendar
Spots the finished discovery call and finds its notes in Notion, Gemini notes or the event itself.
- Step 2 · HubSpot
Reads the deal: company, contact, budget, stage and anything the rep logged around the call.
- Step 3 · Google Drive
Picks your services, current prices and the two case studies closest to this client’s goal.
- Step 4 · Awesomic
Writes and lays out the proposal in your brand, with 2–3 options and a page listing its sources.
- Step 5 · Gmail
Drafts the reply with the PDF attached. You read it, change what you like and press send.
Connect your apps
Link HubSpot, Google Drive and Gmail in a few clicks. Add Calendar, Notion and Slack if you use them. The agent reads only what the job needs.
Point it to your sources
Share your pricing page or price sheet, your services list and the case study folder. Add one past proposal you like, so it learns your tone and structure.
Choose how you review
Get each draft in Gmail, in Slack or both. Approve it, edit it, or hand a large deal to a vetted expert for the last mile.
Good questions.
Short answers.
Is this a PandaDoc alternative?
For writing and design, yes. If you need e-signature and view tracking, keep your signing tool and upload the proposal we make into it.
Are proposals public?
No. By default you get a PDF in Drive, attached to a Gmail draft. A web page is made only if you ask, and it ships with noindex and a private link.
Where do the prices come from?
From your pricing page or a sheet you point to. The agent never invents a price. In our Fieldnote sample, every option uses Awesomic’s own published talent prices.
What was in the Fieldnote sample?
Fieldnote is a fictional client. The agent made four proposal pages and a fifth listing what it read (Calendar, Notion, HubSpot, Gmail, our pricing page) and what it left for review: the PDF, the deal update, a draft email and a Slack message.
Will it sound like us?
It works from your past proposals, services and case studies, so the tone follows yours. Agents run on leading models, including Claude and GPT, and you can switch models per chat.
What does it cost?
Agent plans start at $19 per person per month, with the same agents and models on every plan. Add a talent plan when you want an expert to finish big proposals. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
