With our Slack integration, you now can:
- Receive task updates and comments to your dedicated Awesomic Slack channel
- View images, download files from tasks
- Take quick actions from Awesomic links shared in your Slack workspace
- Reply to your Awesomic designer with one click
- Create Awesomic accounts for your teammates automatically, the moment they respond to a Slack message.
Rematch Button
OMG, really? — you ask. That’s right! Now, you can use the Rematch Button in your task page to get matched with another best-fit designer!
Making our customers happy is our #1 priority! So, if you feel like your current designer may not be the right match for any reason (communication, expertise, experience, etc.), the Rematch Button will help you quickly connect with another designer who is a better fit.
No need to contact the Customer Success Team for this anymore. Just drop a line telling us why you need to be rematched, and voila — a new designer will be connected within 24 business hours!
Replies from Email
Communication with your designer just keeps on getting easier!
When you get emailed about a new comment or update from your designer — feel free to reply back via email too, and your response will be automatically recorded in the Awesomic App.
Chat View
We have updated the chat view and changed the order of the message flow for more convenient and native use. Just imagine — you can chat with your designer just like in any other live messenger!
No delays or pauses — messages will appear right away, without page reloading.
